Global: Use ifc to install idb
Local: Fetch and install acml compiled with Intel Fortran Compiler

Global: Install the 64 bits integer library
Local: Install the 64 bits integer library
openmp
Global: Build support for the OpenMP (support parallel computing)
Local: Install the OpenMP parallel computing library as well (needs ifc or gfortran >= 4.2)
test
Global: Workaround to pull in packages needed to run with FEATURES=test. Portage-2.1.2 handles this internally, so don't set it in make.conf/package.use anymore
debug
